After finishing your selections, it's now time to review the contact information for the Verifiers. As a reminder a Verifier is the individual receiving the confirmation. If you have utilized the upload tool in the Selections process this step should be mostly completed.
The verifier tab serves the following purposes
- Track the contact information of the verifier
- Allow the auditor to document procedures performed when validating the identify of the verifier. For more info on this topic see Verify who is completing the confirmation.
- Gain insight into why a confirmation may have been denied by your client.
Each customer selected for confirmation will have a row on the Verifiers screen. This row tracks the information on the verifier and can be expanded to edit any previously recorded information.
Once the row is expanded you can edit any of the information. Remember to click save.
REMINDER: In order for the confirmation to be successfully drafted the Customer Name, First Name, Last Name, and Email is required.
Click Next to send any ready confirmations for authorization.
