Audit Sight’s Brand Style Configuration allows you to control how client-facing Excel reports (such as Management Meeting workpapers) are formatted. This ensures your outputs align with your firm’s branding standards before they’re shared externally.
Note: This feature currently applies only to Management Meeting workpapers (MGMT Meeting WPs).
How to Set Your Firm’s Brand
Navigate to the top-right corner of Audit Sight and select Firm Settings.
Click Brand to view your current style settings, preview the output, and make edits.
Note: Changes made here will apply to supported client-facing Excel exports.
How It Works
The Brand Style Configuration controls three primary areas of your Excel output.
1. General Font Configuration
Font Family – Select the font used throughout the Excel file
Base Font Size – Controls the default text size for report rows and descriptions
These settings apply consistently across supported worksheets to maintain a clean, professional appearance.
2. Report Header Settings
Header Background Color – Sets the fill color for header rows
Header Font Color – Sets the font color for header text
Header Font Size – Allows emphasis on column headers where applicable
A live preview is displayed so you can confirm contrast, readability, and overall appearance before exporting.
What Happens When You Download the Workpaper
When a report is generated:
Audit Sight applies your selected styles at the time of export
The output is a standard Excel (.xlsx) file
Formatting remains fully editable after download
If a selected font is not installed on your computer, Excel will automatically substitute a default font (typically Calibri).
Best Practices
Use fonts that are commonly available in Excel to avoid substitutions
Ensure sufficient contrast between header background and font color
Preview your styling before exporting client-facing documents
Fonts That Are Generally Supported
The following fonts are available on nearly all Windows and Mac systems and render reliably in Excel.
Sans Serif
Calibri (Excel default)
Arial
Segoe UI (Windows-heavy, still generally supported)

How to Install Fonts Not Already on Your Computer
If you choose a font that is not installed on your computer, you must install it before downloading the workpaper to ensure it appears correctly in Excel.
