How to Confirm the Client is Using Business Central 🔍
Ask the client to log into their Dynamics 365 account via https://businesscentral.dynamics.com.
- If the client can successfully log in and access their data, they are using Business Central.
- If they encounter issues or cannot access the site, they may be using a different product like Microsoft Nav.
